The café features coffee from renowned local roasters, Monorail, paired with house-made pastries supporting a relaxed and inviting space for guests and locals alike. This dual-purpose setting embodies the essence of social connection, inviting guests to enjoy fresh, expertly prepared beverages and engage in meaningful interactions whether it be for business, leisure, or local gatherings.

The Barista will also be accountable for accurate handling of monetary transactions and adherence to responsible alcohol service policies. Beyond preparing coffee, the position involves actively contributing to daily team meetings, maintaining cleanliness and organization of workstations, and sharing an informed enthusiasm about coffee culture with guests.

This opportunity provides not only a competitive hourly wage of $21.30 plus tips but also comprehensive benefits such as paid vacation, paid sick and safe time, paid holidays, various insurance options including medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance, as well as participation in a 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching. Employees are further supported through paid time off to volunteer in the community and a strong organizational commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion that fosters a true sense of belonging. Aparium Hospitality Services proudly operates as an Equal Opportunity Employer and is compliant with E-Verify to ensure fair hiring practices.

Joining Aparium as a Seasonal Barista offers applicants the chance to be part of a hospitality brand that values character and community, invests in its people, and provides a welcoming, dynamic workplace.
