The pay scale for this position ranges from $20.25 to $20.75 per hour, depending on factors such as local wage requirements, geographic location, and market conditions. In addition to base pay, employees can earn an estimated average of $3.00 to $6.00 per hour in cash and electronic tips, enhancing overall compensation. They are encouraged to drive sales through suggestive selling, product education, and sampling. Reliability in attendance, punctuality, and task completion throughout the shift is crucial for success. Additionally, maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked coffee bar while demonstrating composure in a fast-paced environment is an essential part of the job.
