Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Food and beverage experience preferred but not required
- Customer service focused and solution oriented
- Ability to take direction and collaborate in a team environment
- Ability to work in a high energy and demanding environment
- Knowledge of math to figure cost, make change, and cash handling procedures
- Effective communication skills and ability to work independently and with others
- Able to work unsupervised and demonstrate good judgment
- ServSafe certification or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills in English
- Strong self-motivation, leadership, and organizational abilities
- Positive interpersonal skills
- Self-starter able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in varying temperatures.

Job Duties
- Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service with a smile

- Warmly greet guests and take drink and food orders promptly, offering recommendations
- Confirm orders and modifications with guests before processing payments
- Accurately process payments using point-of-sale systems
- Handle money and make change following cash handling and loss prevention procedures
- Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve issues promptly, escalating to management if necessary
- Assist in training new team members and support other restaurant areas as needed
- Participate in food safety programs and maintain sanitation standards
- Keep work environment clean and free of safety hazards
- Ensure stock areas are well maintained and products rotated
- Comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations relating to food safety
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
