Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of barista or food service experience
- Ability to work full-time with rotating shifts
- Flexibility to work every other weekend
- Capability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
- Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency preferred
- Minimum one year of barista or food service experience
- Two to four years of experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible rotating shifts including weekends
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in food service environments
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and manage inventory effectively
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve coffee and specialty beverages following quality and consistency standards
- Serve light food items maintaining high hygiene and presentation standards
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to patients, visitors, and hospital staff
- Maintain cleanliness in the serving and preparation areas
- Restock supplies timely to ensure smooth operations
- Follow all health, safety, and hospital sanitation protocols
- Collaborate with the Dietary Team and report to the Food Services Supervisor as required
