The role being offered is that of a Barista within the prestigious premium catering team at Legends, specifically stationed at Raymond James Stadium, home to the NFL’s Tampa Bay Buccaneers. As the official hospitality partner of Raymond James Stadium, Legends oversees the food and beverage program across concessions, suites, and premium areas for various events including NFL games, college football games, concerts, and private events. The Barista position is essential in delivering a premium guest experience through exceptional coffee and espresso beverage preparation coupled with outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, high-end environment. The role involves crafting a variety of hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, lattes, teas, and specialty drinks to exacting standards, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the barista station, managing inventory levels, and ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and sanitized. The Barista will work collaboratively with other team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations during peak times, assist with event setup and breakdown, and uphold all food safety and quality standards dictated by Legends.
