This hourly position offers a competitive pay range of $15 to $21.13 per hour, with actual pay dependent on experience and geographic location.

The barista role at Ralph Lauren Coffee is integral to creating memorable customer interactions and sustaining the premium service standards associated with the Ralph Lauren brand. A successful candidate will be adept at greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and preparing and serving hot and cold beverages along with pastries and other prepared foods that meet brand specifications.   • Must have several years of experience as a barista or in a related position
  • available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
  • must be able to stand for long periods of time and requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 25 lbs

Job Duties

  • Greets customers and takes orders
  • processes cash and credit card transactions
  • prepares and serves hot and cold beverages according to brand specifications and the customers’ requests
  • serving prepared foods and pastries
  • delivers customer service to exceed customers' expectations by responding to their needs with a sense of urgency
  • ability to multitask and remain calm during periods of high volume to keep store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the team
  • maintains appearance of location ensuring product is stocked to appropriate levels and all areas are properly cleaned and sanitized
  • keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions
  • maintains safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations
  • communicates effectively with store manager regarding store, employee and customer needs
  • communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items
