Job Requirements
- Reliable and punctual attendance
- Flexibility to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for prolonged periods, bend, lift, and walk extensively
- Willingness to support other stores within the cluster if needed
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Positive and supportive teamwork behavior
- Eagerness to learn and develop barista skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a barista or in customer service preferred
- Ability to operate register and other cafe technology
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Job Duties
- Welcome customers in a cheerful and helpful way
- Answer customer questions and recommend beverages and cafe items
- Maintain attractive presentation and cleanliness of the cafe
- Unpack and stock deliveries efficiently and accurately
- Operate registers quickly and professionally
- Prepare food and drinks following recipes and safety guidelines
- Support bookfloor team and store operations as needed
