Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role beneficial
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic proficiency with technology including registers and computers

- Ability to maintain effective merchandising and presentation standards
Job Duties
- Welcome customers cheerfully and answer questions consistently
- Prepare food and beverages accurately using recipe guides and product information
- Maintain café presentation, bakery case, and dining area cleanliness
- Operate registers quickly and professionally to ensure efficient customer service
- Support receiving, unpacking, and stocking of deliveries following FIFO practices
- Execute daily and weekly cleaning tasks to maintain café hygiene and sanitation
- Understand and follow loss prevention procedures and de-escalation techniques
