Job Requirements
- Maintain reliable and punctual attendance for scheduled shifts

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in a customer service or café role beneficial
- Ability to use technology including registers and tablets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Aptitude for merchandising and visual presentation
Job Duties
- Welcome customers cheerfully and assist them with beverage and café item choices
- Maintain attractive café presentation and cleanliness
- Operate cash registers efficiently and provide professional customer service
- Unpack and stock deliveries accurately
- Support the bookfloor team as needed
- Follow food safety guidelines including FIFO practices
- Understand and implement loss prevention and de-escalation techniques
