Job Qualifications

- Willingness to learn café operations and product knowledge
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and teamwork orientation
Job Duties
- Greet customers in a cheerful and helpful manner
- Prepare and serve beverages and café items accurately
- Operate registers quickly and professionally
- Unpack and stock deliveries efficiently
- Maintain attractive café presentation and cleanliness
- Follow FIFO practices and sanitation guidelines
- Support the bookfloor team and store operations as needed
