Job Requirements
- maintain reliable and punctual attendance

Job Duties
- greeting customers cheerfully and assisting with product selections
- operating registers quickly and professionally
- preparing food and beverages accurately following recipes
- maintaining cleanliness and attractive presentation of the cafe and merchandising areas
- unpacking and stocking deliveries efficiently
- supporting the bookfloor team when needed
- ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene, and loss prevention procedures
