Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or cafe environment desirable
- Ability to learn and use technology and registers
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Willingness to develop knowledge of food, beverage, and retail products
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach
Job Duties
- Welcome customers cheerfully and answer questions
- Connect readers with appropriate beverages and cafe items
- Maintain attractive cafe presentation and cleanliness
- Unpack and stock deliveries accurately
- Operate registers quickly and professionally
- Prepare food and drinks properly following recipes and guidelines
- Support bookfloor team and assist with loss prevention and de-escalation as needed
