Job Duties
- Welcome customers in a cheerful and helpful manner
- operate registers efficiently and accurately
- prepare food and beverages following recipes and guidelines
- maintain attractive café presentation and cleanliness
- receive, unpack, and stock deliveries accurately
- support the bookfloor team when needed
- adhere to loss prevention procedures and de-escalation techniques
