Job Requirements
- Reliable and punctual attendance
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Willingness to assist other store locations within the cluster
- Ability to follow hygiene and safety procedures
- Physical capability to lift and carry items as required

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food service roles beneficial
- Ability to learn and operate point-of-sale technology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Aptitude for learning new skills and adapting to changing tasks
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service
- Ability to work collaboratively and support team members
Job Duties
- Greet customers cheerfully and assist with questions about beverages and cafe items
- Operate registers quickly and accurately to process sales
- Unpack and stock deliveries efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and attractive presentation of the cafe and bakery case
- Prepare food and beverages following recipes and quality standards
- Apply First In First Out (FIFO) procedures and date products correctly
- Support the bookfloor team and adhere to loss prevention and safety protocols
