Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Welcome customers cheerfully and assist with inquiries
- Prepare food and beverages accurately using recipes and product knowledge
- Run registers efficiently providing professional service
- Unpack and stock deliveries promptly and accurately
- Maintain café presentation and cleanliness to high standards
- Support bookfloor team as needed
- Follow loss prevention procedures and use de-escalation techniques
