Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service or café experience preferred
- Ability to operate point-of-sale systems and related technology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Capacity to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
Job Duties
- Welcome customers cheerfully and assist with beverage and café item selections
- Maintain attractive presentation and cleanliness of café and bakes case
- Operate registers efficiently and provide professional customer service
- Unpack and stock deliveries accurately following FIFO practices
- Prepare food and drinks with accuracy using recipe guides and colleague knowledge
- Perform daily and weekly cleaning and sanitation tasks
- Support the bookstore team when needed and adhere to loss prevention procedures
