Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or retail environment advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently with technology and point-of-sale systems
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new skills and procedures
- Positive attitude with the ability to work cooperatively in a team
- Basic understanding of health and safety standards
Job Duties
- Greet customers cheerfully and assist them with their beverage and cafe item selections
- Maintain attractive presentation and cleanliness of the cafe area including bakes case and dining area
- Operate registers efficiently and provide fast, friendly customer service
- Unpack, stock deliveries, and organize inventory accurately
- Prepare food and beverages following recipes and quality standards
- Adhere to daily and weekly cleaning tasks to ensure hygiene standards
- Support bookfloor team and assist in loss prevention and de-escalation when needed
