Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or retail preferred
- reliable and punctual attendance
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for prolonged periods
- ability to perform repetitive bending and lifting
- ability to work in multiple store locations if needed

Job Duties
- welcome customers in a cheerful and helpful way
- answer customer questions about beverages and café items
- prepare food and drinks accurately according to recipes
- operate cash registers quickly and efficiently
- maintain attractive café presentation and cleanliness
- receive, unpack and stock deliveries
- support bookfloor team when needed
