Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or cafe environment preferred
- Ability to operate cash registers and point-of-sale systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new skills and procedures
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods and lifting
Job Duties
- Welcome customers in a cheerful and helpful manner
- Prepare and serve beverages and cafe items accurately
- Operate registers quickly and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and attractive presentation of the cafe
- Unpack and stock deliveries promptly and accurately
- Support merchandising and retail fixture maintenance
- Follow safety, hygiene, sanitation, and loss prevention protocols
