- Previous experience as a Barista or server desirable
- Willingness to learn new coffee techniques and equipment
- Attention to detail

Job Duties
- Maintain mission focus with unwavering purpose to achieve company, store, and individual objectives
- Provide quality beverages, retail items, and food products in accordance with recipes, product quality, and health and safety standards
- Keep workstation clean, set up, and organized according to company standards
- Ensure all equipment is operational and report maintenance needs
- Anticipate the needs of customers and the store based on cues and environment
- Communicate productively with team and management, assist in training new members, and contribute to a positive team environment
- Adhere to operational policies including cash handling, safety, and health regulations
- Celebrate team and individual achievements while reinforcing store morale
- Bring a customer-first attitude and maintain calm demeanor at all times
