Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in a barista role
ability to stand for long periods
strong customer service orientation
good manual dexterity and attention to detail
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
positive attitude and enthusiasm for coffee

Job Qualifications

experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role
strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
passion for coffee and customer service

Job Duties

prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages
engage with customers to provide friendly and knowledgeable service
operate espresso machines and other coffee equipment
maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
bake and present cookies and other baked goods
support team collaboration within the cluster of stores
promote the cafe's products and philosophy to customers
