Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a customer service or food and beverage role advantageous
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods
  • Physical capability to perform repetitive bending, lifting, climbing, and operating espresso machines
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Work on the café floor requiring physical activity such as prolonged standing, repetitive bending, lifting, climbing, and operating espresso machines
  • Deliver perfect beverages exceeding customer expectations by engaging, building rapport, listening, and providing friendly, fast service with tailored order creation
  • Make relevant beverage and food recommendations to connect customers with the right products
  • Ensure the café is welcoming by maintaining a stocked bake case and neatly displayed merchandise
  • Maintain a clean and tidy environment, prioritizing all aspects of cleanliness as part of the customer experience
  • Execute all operational standards timely and according to safety and health codes
  • Protect company assets by controlling waste and shrink through adherence to processes
  • Recognize and assist both customers and employees with urgency and care
