Job Qualifications
- Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues
- Communicates information to manager to help create a warm and welcoming environment
- Assists with new partner training by reinforcing successful performance and providing coaching
- Delivers outstanding customer service by adopting a customer-first attitude and connecting with customers
- Follows operational policies and procedures, including cash handling and safety
- Maintains a clean and organized workspace
- Maintains regular attendance and punctuality
- Provides quality beverages and food products consistently by adhering to recipe and presentation standards
- Follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products
Job Duties
- Take orders and prepare coffee, tea, and other drinks to customer specifications
- Operate cash registers and credit card machines
- Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times
- Communicate effectively with guests and fellow associates in a courteous and service-oriented manner
- Stand for the entire shift and occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds
