Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous barista or customer service experience
- basic baking skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- good communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- prepare and serve coffee and other beverages to customers
- bake cookies and other treats to complement drinks
- provide excellent customer service ensuring customer satisfaction
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area
- support the cluster structure by collaborating with other stores
- stay knowledgeable about coffee varieties and preparation techniques
- handle customer inquiries and recommend menu items
