Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a similar role preferred
- ability to stand for long periods
- good manual dexterity
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends
- friendly and approachable demeanor
- basic food safety understanding

Job Duties
- Provide first class customer service with every drink and cookie you prepare
- craft a variety of coffee and specialty beverages
- maintain knowledge of coffee blends, brewing methods, and cafe products
- ensure cleanliness and organization of the workspace
- support collaboration and communication within the cluster structure
- assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- contribute to a welcoming and enjoyable customer environment
