Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in a cafe or hospitality setting
ability to stand for long periods
strong customer service orientation
good manual dexterity
flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role
passion for coffee and beverage preparation
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
teamwork and collaboration skills
basic knowledge of health and safety regulations

Job Duties

prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and other beverages
bake cookies and other pastries for customer enjoyment
deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and attentive attitude
maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and equipment
collaborate with team members and support the cluster structure
ensure compliance with health and safety standards
engage customers with knowledge about coffee and menu items
