Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
minimum of 1 year experience in a customer-facing role
ability to stand for extended periods
must be punctual and reliable
flexible availability including weekends and holidays
ability to follow instructions and maintain a clean work environment

Job Qualifications

previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role
knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing techniques
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
team player with a positive attitude
basic baking skills are an advantage
