Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred
- passion for coffee and food service
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- basic food handling and safety certification
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in a customer-facing food and beverage role
- strong knowledge of coffee types, brewing methods, and café products
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- creativity in drink preparation and baking
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- understanding of health and safety regulations
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of handcrafted coffee and tea beverages
- bake cookies and other café treats with consistency and quality
- provide exceptional customer service ensuring a pleasurable and welcoming experience
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and workstations
- support the cluster structure by collaborating with other stores to improve service and operations
- handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously
- adhere to health, safety, and quality standards
