Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience in a barista or customer service role
- Knowledge of coffee types and preparation methods
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Good communication skills
- Capable of standing for extended periods

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service and greet customers warmly
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages to high standards
- Bake and present cookies and other bakery items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area
- Engage with customers to enhance their experience and offer recommendations
- Collaborate with team members across cluster stores to share resources and knowledge
- Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
