Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least 1 year of experience working as a barista or in a similar role
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- good communication skills
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to follow health and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role
- strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and drink preparation
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- passion for coffee and customer service
- basic baking skills preferred
Job Duties
- prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages
- bake and present cookies and other pastries
- provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and responding to their needs
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe work area
- support the cluster structure by collaborating with other stores for quality and consistency
- educate customers about coffee varieties and brewing techniques
- manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
