Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or a coffee shop environment preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn about coffee brewing techniques
Reliable and punctual
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

Passion for coffee and knowledge of different coffee types
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
Experience in a cafe or similar environment is preferred
Basic food preparation and hygiene knowledge
Ability to handle cash and operate a POS system
Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Prepare and serve handcrafted coffee and beverages to customers
Bake cookies and other cafe treats to complement menu offerings
Deliver excellent customer service to ensure a pleasurable customer experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe work area
Collaborate with team members across the store cluster to support shared goals
Educate customers about coffee varieties and brewing methods
Manage inventory and report supply needs
