Job Requirements

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a customer-facing role
Ability to stand for extended periods
Excellent communication skills
Ability to follow health and safety guidelines
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and ingredients
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Basic food hygiene understanding

Job Duties

Provide first class customer service with every drink and baked good prepared
Ensure the customer experience is pleasurable and welcoming
Create inspiring handcrafted coffee drinks
Maintain thorough knowledge of the cafe offerings
Support the collaborative structure within the cluster of stores
Assist in the preparation and baking of cookies and other treats
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area
