Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Basic reading and writing skills and able to do simple math
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Able to move quickly
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to follow directions and work as a team player
- Preferred 1+ years experience in food services or previous Barista experience
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1+ years experience in food services, general cleaning, and sanitation or previous experience as a Barista
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic reading, writing, and simple math skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively as a team player
- Able to stand for long periods and move quickly
Job Duties
- Serve all products with friendly and individualized attention towards each customer
- Educate customers about specialty drinks, coffees, and food items
- Accurately enter sales orders into the cash register and complete transactions courteously
- Assist in maintaining the highest quality and sanitation standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Stand for long periods and move quickly to meet customer service demands
- Follow directions and work cooperatively as part of a team
