- Preferred high school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred 1 plus years experience in food services, general cleaning, and sanitation or previous experience as a barista
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Basic reading and writing skills
- Ability to do simple math
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to follow directions and work together as a team player
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Able to move quickly
- Excellent customer service skills

Job Duties
- Serve all products with friendly, individualized attention towards each customer
- Educate customers about the specialty drinks, coffees, and food items
- Accurately enter sales orders into cash register and complete transactions in a courteous and friendly manner
- Assist in maintaining the highest quality and sanitation standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure smooth operation
- Stand for long periods and move quickly to meet customer demands
- Follow directions and work as a cooperative team player
