Job Description
This company is currently hiring evening baristas for their coffee shop. They are looking for part-time individuals who can work the evening shift from 2:45 PM to 10:45 PM on Friday to Monday evenings. The company values coffee experience and ongoing training, aiming to meet ACRC's standards of espresso preparation and coffee knowledge. They are seeking applicants with leadership potential for future Shift Lead roles.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- flexible schedule with availability for at least three 8-hour shifts per week, including weekends and evenings
- coffee shop experience preferred
- strong leadership qualities
- genuine love for coffee and willingness to learn
- ability to work efficiently and skillfully under pressure
