The Barista role at Westborn Market is integral to the daily operations of the coffee and beer/wine bar within their stores. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a variety of beverages to customers, ensuring every order meets Westborn Market's quality standards. This position is customer-facing, requiring a strong focus on delivering exceptional service and building friendly customer relationships. Responsibilities include preparing beverages according to standard or customized recipes, managing cash transactions, verifying customer identification for age-restricted purchases, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
