Job Duties
- Warmly greets and acknowledges guests within 30 seconds
- takes food and drink orders
- operates coffee making equipment including dismantling and cleaning machinery
- prepares and presents beverages according to established recipe and presentation standards
- accurately processes payments and handles cash following company procedures
- maintains knowledge of the menu and products
- creates and delivers first class experiences for travelers
