Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Capability to lift, carry, and move objects up to 25 pounds
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow safety and security policies
- Willingness to work flexible hours including opening and closing shifts
- Ability to maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
Job Qualifications

- No prior related work experience required
- No supervisory experience needed
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Willingness to learn and adhere to company standards
- Ability to work extended periods standing or walking
- Basic math and cash handling skills
Job Duties
- Complete opening and closing duties including setting up supplies and tools
- Clean equipment and work areas throughout the day
- Take orders, input into MICROS system, and prepare food and beverages
- Handle payment collection and cash register duties
- Ensure appliances are operated at appropriate times
- Bus coffee cart areas and tables
- Follow company safety and security policies
- Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
- Assist individuals with disabilities
- Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance
- Visually inspect tools and equipment
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and reaching
- Collaborate with team members to achieve goals
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested
