Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age at the time of application
- Availability to work weekends including Friday Saturday and Sunday
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing 15 pounds or more
- Associates 18 years of age or older may be required to obtain and maintain a valid bartending license as a condition of continued employment

- Working knowledge of food safety sanitation and proper equipment use preferred
- Previous food service experience including an understanding of inventory preferred
- Associates 18 years of age or older may be required to obtain and maintain a valid bartending license as a condition of continued employment
Job Duties
- Welcome guests with genuine warmth and provide prompt courteous service that consistently exceeds expectations
- Prepare café menu items accurately and efficiently following established recipes and procedures
- Support breakfast room service orders ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Accurately process all sales and settlements using the cash register system
- Reconcile sales and payments in accordance with standard operating procedures
- Monitor food freshness and product quality to meet or exceed service standards
- Maintain strong knowledge of café policies and procedures and clearly communicate them to guests when needed
- Uphold café rules and safety standards including proper handling of guest concerns age restrictions and incident response
- Assist with answering phones and taking messages as necessary
- Maintain a clean organized and professional appearance across the register area and café space
