US Digital’s campus features amenities such as an on-site gym and an employee coffee shop, creating a unique workplace that values employee wellbeing and long-term success. Located just north of Portland, Oregon, the company's location offers a high quality of life with easy access to natural attractions like the Pacific Ocean and nearby mountains, making it an attractive place for professionals seeking a balanced lifestyle.

The part-time Barista role at US Digital involves working at the in-house Engedi Coffee Bar, primarily on Fridays with regular hours from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with additional hours offered as needed. This position combines hospitality expertise with customer service excellence, as the Barista will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee beverages and creating a warm, welcoming environment for employees and guests. Beyond coffee preparation, the Barista will also provide backup support to the Hospitality Team, assisting with maintaining cleanliness, organization, and the overall presentation of the facility. This multi-faceted role is essential in ensuring a smooth, efficient, and inviting coffee bar experience while upholding the company’s standards for hygiene and customer care.

This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy engaging with people, have a passion for coffee, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. US Digital values candidates with strong communication skills and attention to detail, who can work independently and demonstrate a positive, team-oriented attitude. While previous barista or customer service experience is preferred, it is not required, making this an inclusive opportunity for those eager to learn and develop their skills. Candidates must obtain a Washington State Food Handler’s Card prior to starting and be U.S. Citizens or Permanent Green Card holders. Physical requirements include the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

By joining US Digital as a part-time Barista, employees become part of a community focused on respect, learning, and innovation. The company emphasizes fairness and integrity in all operations, ensuring an equitable workplace. The role offers a unique chance to blend customer service and hospitality with supportive teamwork in a vibrant setting.
