Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
  • ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • capable of standing and walking for extended periods
  • willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
  • must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • take and enter accurate food and beverage orders using a computerized system
  • upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase revenue
  • serve food and beverages promptly maintaining high service standards
  • settle guest checks efficiently and accurately
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas adhering to health and safety regulations
  • collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service delivery
