Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- capable of standing and walking for extended periods
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
- must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- take and enter accurate food and beverage orders using a computerized system
- upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase revenue
- serve food and beverages promptly maintaining high service standards
- settle guest checks efficiently and accurately
- maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas adhering to health and safety regulations
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service delivery
