Job Duties
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, blended coffee, and tea to patrons
- customize orders as requested
- describe product details to customers
- receive and process customer payments or charge employee badges
- serve prepared foods like cookies, muffins, or bagels
- stock customer service stations with paper products and beverage preparation items
- clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, dishes, and work areas
- clean and sanitize service and seating areas
- check and ensure proper functioning of freezers, refrigerators, and heating equipment
- stock supplies or retail products
- follow all safe food handling procedures and sanitation practices
- multitask and stay organized
- communicate effectively with leadership, peers, physician offices, and patients
