Job Requirements
- a minimum of two years of hospitality or related work experience is preferred
- education: high school education or equivalent experience
- requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
- ability to make coffee and tea drinks at the guest requests and Four Seasons standards specifications
- ability to accurately process cash and credit card transactions

Job Duties
- providing counter service to guests through taking verbal requests for food and accommodating the expediting of such requests
- have the ability to describe the selection of food and beverage menu items to guests by offering interesting and vivid descriptions of each item's origin, taste, and preparation methods
- accommodate guest orders, anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
- properly and accurately close guest checks
- process cash and credit card payments
- properly settle voided checks or complimentary items
- breakdown, clean and set-up of Stir and its adjacent areas, including front of house, back of house, and seating areas
- comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact
- work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
- assist with daily inventory and ordering and stock food and beverage and paper supplies
