Candidates should demonstrate adaptability, teachability, and a strong team spirit by consistently supporting co-workers and contributing to a positive workplace atmosphere. The role may require flexible working hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. SCHEELS emphasizes safety and health in their work environment and encourages all associates to uphold these standards to minimize risk.
