Job Requirements
- Experience preferred but willing to train
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
- Flexibility to work Monday through Friday on part-time schedule
- Must maintain high standards of personal hygiene and cleanliness
- Reliable and punctual

- Ability to follow HACCP food safety guidelines
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in foodservice or barista role preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling payments
- Willingness to learn and follow food safety standards
- Ability to operate POS systems
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours within the schedule
Job Duties
- Prepares espresso orders using standard measures and recipes
- Enters orders accurately into POS device
- Accepts cash and charge payments
- Replenishes condiments, beverages and supplies
- Maintains cleanliness of service area
- Ensures proper food presentation, portion control and serving temperatures according to HACCP standards
- Maintains sanitation and orderliness of equipment, supplies and utensils
- Greets customers courteously to ensure satisfaction
- Relays customer concerns to supervisors
- Serves customers quickly and efficiently
- Exhibits full knowledge of daily menu items and explains them to customers
- Promotes selling techniques by assisting customer buying decisions
- Ensures food is merchandised attractively and served neatly
- Cleans equipment and workstation thoroughly
- Performs other assigned duties as needed
