Job Qualifications
- A desire to make customers happy by providing Honestly Better® food and service
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to learn about and taste great food
- Commitment to DLM Team Values: be honest, safe, helpful, and hard-working
- Prior coffee knowledge is a plus
- 18 years or older is preferred
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere at the coffee bar
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages following established recipes and standards
- Participate in barista-level training to gain knowledge of coffee history, origins, and preparation techniques
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area and equipment
- Adhere to DLM Team Values by being honest, safe, helpful, and hard-working
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure a smooth operation
- Handle lifting and standing duties as required during shifts
