Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to use fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Willingness to follow safety and security procedures
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional appearance
- Flexibility to perform various job duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent

- No supervisory experience required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of cash handling and food service operations

Job Duties
- Complete opening and closing duties including setting up supplies and tools
- Clean equipment and work areas
- Input orders into MICROS system and process payments
- Prepare food and coffee beverages
- Ensure appliances are turned on/off at appropriate times
- Bus coffee cart areas and tables
- Clean dishes, utensils, and equipment throughout the day
- Obtain change and manage cash bank at end of shift
- Follow safety and security policies and report incidents
- Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
- Welcome and assist guests and individuals with disabilities
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Develop positive working relationships and support team goals
- Inspect tools and equipment for defects
- Perform physical tasks including standing, lifting, and moving objects up to 25 pounds
