Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a barista or food service role preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and seating area
- Greet and interact with guests to provide personalized service
- Take orders accurately and process transactions promptly
- Restock inventory and supplies as needed throughout the shift
- Adhere to food safety and health guidelines
- Upsell additional items to enhance the guest experience
- Monitor and maintain coffee equipment to ensure functionality
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required
- Provide suggestions or recommendations to guests for beverage options
