Job Duties

Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools
clean all equipment and areas
lock doors
set up, stock, and maintain work areas
input orders into cash register system and collect payment
take orders, record in MICROS system and prepare food and coffee beverages
ensure appliances are turned on/off at appropriate times
bus coffee cart areas and tables
clean dishes, utensils, work areas, tables and equipment throughout the day
obtain change required for expected business level
count bank at end of shift, complete cashier reports, resolve discrepancies, drop off receipts and secure bank
follow all company and safety procedures
report accidents, injuries and unsafe conditions
complete safety training
maintain clean uniform and professional appearance
protect company assets
welcome and acknowledge guests according to standards
anticipate and address guests' needs
assist individuals with disabilities
speak clearly and professionally
develop positive working relationships
support team goals
ensure quality expectations and standards
visually verify information in various formats
visually inspect tools and equipment for defects
stand, sit or walk for entire shift
move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 25 pounds without assistance
manipulate objects requiring fine motor skills
navigate narrow, confined or elevated spaces
move up and down stairs and ramps
reach overhead and below knees including bending, twisting, pulling and stooping
perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
