Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years relevant work experience in food and beverage service or retail
- Certification or willingness to obtain SafeServe Certification
- Ability to work part-time with flexible availability including evenings, mid-days, and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow health and safety regulations
- Basic math skills for handling transactions

Job Duties
- Maintaining quality standards for all products sold within the coffee bar (food and beverage)
- Providing exceptional customer service within the coffee bar environment (the experience)
- Supporting the growth and development of our volunteer team (steward 1-2 growth tracks per quarter)
- Ensuring that health and safety regulations regarding food handling and preparation are followed
- Accepting deliveries and completing delivery paperwork (if required)
- Using the point-of-sale system and enhancing your knowledge of POS with online tutorials
- Ensuring that all equipment is maintained, clean, and in proficient working condition
- Maintaining clean display cases and arranging cafe goods and products so that they are attractive
